your Memory in your computer? This is also known as RAM
(Random Access Memory)

download page for CollaborateMD
NOTE: If you
are installing on a Vista/Windows 7 computer and the
version is 8.3.1 or earlier, the program may not work
due to operating system upgrades with Microsoft.
To fix the issue, simple delete any Older CollaborateMD
program (Start > Control Panel > Add/Delete Programs)
and reinstall using the latest version.
Once you
download CollaborateMD, simply follow the installation
instructions accepting the defaults. Make sure you
select the option to have a desktop icon.
CollaborateMD
will now be installed and should automatically start up.
If it doesnt, you can click on the icon or by choosing
Start > All Programs > CollaborateMD.
You will need
to have a username & password in order to log into the
system. If you do not have one already, please
contact PFMS at (901)756-7113 or
erik@hcir.net.
The initial password will be a generated code which
after entering will allow you to create your own. Due to
HIPAA law, the password must be over 7 characters with
at least 1 uppercase character and one numeric
character.
